ticketing changes in Atlanta are complete!
Belize is a-go! |
Our first challenge has already come and gone...getting to Houston, our connecting city to Belize! Our airline changed our arrival into Houston to a time that would have been near to impossible to make our connecting flight to Belize. So, instead of getting to the airport at 8 a.m., we now needed to check in at 4:30 a.m....on a different airline!! Yikes! We'll bear you the details but let's just say that it was a very good thing we had the 3 hours prior to our flight to take care of this mess. We needed all 3 of them!

Many thanks to Alicia and Caroline D. (and her mother!) for all of the groundwork they lay to get us on our way this morning. Thanks for Woodrow for be a trouper and driving two of the chaperones to the airport in the middle of the night. And congrats to our crew for rolling with the punches this morning. What could have been a tough morning went very smoothly due to the cooperation of all involved!
